It does not allow user-generated content or public posting, and therefore is not a user-to-user service under the Online Safety Act 2023. We take reasonable steps to prevent under-18s from registering and will remove accounts if discovered.
19. Applicable law
    These terms are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
